Seasonal RV Lots

2026–2027 Season

189 full-hookup lots. Three parks. One great lake.

Every RV lot at Barnacles is a full-hookup seasonal lot — electric, water, and sewer at your site, with Wi-Fi access included. Lots lease for the full year, so your rig has a home on Mille Lacs season after season. The 2026–2027 season runs October 1, 2026 through September 30, 2027.

Every seasonal membership includes:

Good to know: RV lots can only be used during the Active Camping Season, from May 1st to September 30th. Electric usage is individually metered and billed back at $0.19 per kWh plus a $50 annual meter fee. Lots are not plowed in winter and water is shut off during the off-season. Leases renew automatically for successive 12-month seasons unless cancelled at least 30 days before the renewal date.

Lakeside RV Park

On the water, south of Highway 18 — steps from the harbor, beach, and Mudflats. Wake up to the big lake every morning. These are the most sought-after lots at the resort.

Wooded, creekside lots just north of the highway with a pedestrian bridge down toward the water. Shade, privacy, and a quick cart ride to the beach and launch.

Our biggest park, with wide-open lots and plenty of elbow room. RVs and fish houses are both welcome in Meadowview — and lots are available to lease right now.

  • Payment in full: $2,740 due by October 1, 2026
  • Two payments: $1,505 by October 1, 2026 and April 1, 2027 ($3,010 total)
  • Monthly: $275/mo ACH, October–September ($3,300 total)

Northcreek RV Lots

$2,465 / season, paid in full
  • Payment in full: $2,465 due by October 1, 2026
  • Two payments: $1,355 by October 1, 2026 and April 1, 2027 ($2,710 total)
  • Monthly: $245/mo ACH, October–September ($2,940 total)

Meadowview Lots

92 open lots · available now
$2,465 / season, paid in full
  • Payment in full: $2,465 due by October 1, 2026
  • Two payments: $1,355 by October 1, 2026 and April 1, 2027 ($2,710 total)
  • Monthly: $245/mo ACH, October–September ($2,940 total)
Monthly plans: an executed lease agreement with automatic ACH setup is required for monthly payments. Payments are due the 1st of each month, October through September.

Availability

Ready to claim a lot?

Meadowview lots are available to lease now. Current members always get first option on lots that open up in Lakeside and Northcreek, and a full list of available lots for the 2026–2027 season will be published by mid-September.

New leases run through September 30, 2027, then renew automatically each season unless you tell us otherwise — so once you're in, your spot stays yours.
