Meadowview is the newest seasonal RV park at Barnacles Resort — finished and delivered in 2026 on the north shore of Mille Lacs Lake. Every lot is full hookup with individually metered electric, and the same resort amenities as our Lakeside and Northcreek parks are included. Lots are leasing now for the 2026–2027 season.

What Makes Meadowview Different

A 20-acre parcel, rebuilt from the ground up

For years this corner of the resort was a mix of primitive and electric-only lots. In 2026 Barnacles rebuilt the entire 20-acre Meadowview parcel as a modern full-hookup RV park — new utilities to every site, fresh grading, and a clean layout with room to spread out. It's the largest of our three seasonal parks, sitting just north of Highway 18 in the Wealthwood area of Aitkin County, a short cart ride from the harbor, beach, and Mudflats.

Same membership, new park. Meadowview members get exactly the amenity package Northcreek and Lakeside members enjoy, and the heated shower house serves all three parks. Fish houses are welcome on Meadowview lots too.

2026–2027 Rates & Season

$2,465 per season, with payment plans available

The RV lease year runs October 1 through September 30. Active camping season — when lots are in use — is May 1 through September 30. Pay in full, split it in two, or spread it across the year with monthly ACH.

Payment in full: $2,465 due by October 1, 2026
Two payments: $1,355 by October 1, 2026 and April 1, 2027 ($2,710 total)
Monthly: $245/mo ACH, October–September ($2,940 total)
Electric metered at $0.19/kWh + $50 annual meter fee

Monthly plans require an executed lease agreement with automatic ACH setup. Leases run through September 30, 2027 and renew automatically for successive 12-month seasons unless cancelled at least 30 days before renewal. See the leasing packet for the full rate table and application process.
